4T Medical PRF Kit

The 4T Medical PRF Kit is a Class II Medical Device (CE 0476) designed for the preparation of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and autologous bio-filler. Supplied with all the essential sterile consumables for blood collection, centrifugation, and PRF preparation, it provides a convenient all-in-one solution for professional practitioners.

The sterile tubes contain no anticoagulants, additives, or separation gel, allowing natural blood clotting to form a fibrin matrix rich in platelets, leukocytes, and growth factors. Unlike platelet-rich plasma (PRP), PRF enables the gradual release of growth factors, supporting tissue repair, wound healing, and skin rejuvenation.

The kit can also be used to prepare autologous bio-filler (Alb-PRF). This is created by heating platelet-poor plasma (PPP) to produce an albumin gel, which is then cooled and combined with injectable PRF (i-PRF). The resulting bio-filler has regenerative properties and helps to restore volume, improve skin texture, soften fine lines, and stimulate collagen production.

2 × 21G 0.8*38mm pressure release needles (for use after centrifugation) (CE2292)

2 × 18G 90mm spinal needles for PRF aspiration (CE0123)

1 × Syringe stopper (for use with the 4T Medical Bio-filler Gel Machine) (CE0044)

1 × Three-way stopcock (to combine the albumin gel with i-PRF) (CE0123)

The kit is single-use, sterile, and manufactured to high quality standards. All applicable components are MHRA registered and CE marked, providing confidence in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance for professional PRF procedures.

Please note: A compatible centrifuge is required to prepare PRF and is not included. A Bio-filler Gel Machine is also required to produce autologous bio-filler.
