XO Nature is an encapsulated plant-based exosome product formulated to support skin and hair health. The product includes a 50mg vial of powder and a 5ml vial of active solution which need to be mixed together and applied with a microneedling device or derma roller.
The powder contains a range of growth factors, including freeze-dried exosomes – 36 billion particles per vial – produced using advanced 3D cell culture technology. This ensures consistent exosome size, purification, superior quality, and safety. Derived from plant stem cells (Red Root Gromwell / Lithospermum Erythrorhizon), the exosomes are rich in soluble proteins, miRNAs, and peptides, which are highly effective for skin cell regeneration.
The active solution is formulated with:

Red Root Gromwell (Lithospermum Erythrorhizon) is a plant species belonging to the Boraginaceae family and classified among angiosperms. In traditional Oriental herbal medicine, it is known as “Arnebia” and has been widely used to treat various skin conditions, including eczema. It is also valued as an antiseptic for burns and skin ulcers.

How to use
- Draw the active liquid solution (5ml) from the vial using a sterile syringe.
- Add the solution into the second vial containing 50mg of powder, then shake the vial vigorously for 30 to 60 seconds to ensure thorough mixing.
- Draw the mixed solution with a sterile syringe and apply liberally on the treatment area before treatment with a microneedling device (roller, stamp or pen). Please note XO Nature vials are not suitable for nappage (injecting).
