Innovative and practical, this 2-in-1 eye pencil combines a discreet covering formula with an intensive care cream to help brighten the eye area. It helps to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for a smoother and refreshed look whilst nourishing the delicate skin around the eyes. Cebelia LCE Regard is packed with active ingredients, including patented Cebeline peptide, which restores the biological properties of the dermo-epidermal junction, and Horse Chestnut Extract to brighten dark circles and reduce puffiness.

It can also be used to add a natural highlight to cheekbones, the sides of the nose, the lip contour and the hollow of the chin.

Key ingredients

CEBELINE Peptide (Laminine 5 active fragment) – an exclusive patented peptide that has anti-aging activity, regenerates the epidermis, restores the mechanical and biological properties of the dermal-epidermal junction and strengthens the skin’s architecture.
Blackcurrant Berry extract (Ribes nigrum) (flavonoids and vitamin C) – Reduces dark areas (vascular), protects blood vessels, increases capillary strength and improves microcirculation.
Aescin extract (Horse Chestnut) – Corrects eye-bags, preserves the permeability and elasticity of blood vessels and prevents the symptoms of venous insufficiency (varicose veins).
Pigments (10%) – To conceal imperfections and provide optimal covering effect.

How to use

Apply on the concerned areas after cleansing and moisturizing with suitable cream. Gently pat it in using your fingertip, do not rub.
