The CLINICCARE Lip & Eye Make-Up Remover contains a high concentration of active ingredients and botanical extracts to effortlessly remove all traces of eye make-up, mascara, lipstick and concealer. The calming formula also dries to create a protective moisture barrier over the skin. This product is vegan, cruelty-free and non-comedogenic.

How to use
Apply a generous amount onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over the eyes and lips until clean. Avoid rubbing.
